I love these weird things. But I don't know how to cook them faster. It takes me an hour to get these just right and that is a long time to wait for these little delicious morsels. So if anyone knows a way to cook them faster then boiling for an hour, please let me know.
Yum! I haven't had an artichoke in years. That looks really good now I want one. :)
